Our olives are selected, processed and packaged at our production plant in Aniane (34) to meet the needs of professionals in the retail and foodservice sectors, as well as in bulk on markets.

Our country and world olives
We offer two references that are emblematic of our roots in Occitania: Lucques and Picholine. These French varieties enhance our know-how and enable us to offer a differentiated, premium-quality product range.
Lucques, recognizable by its crescent shape and melting flesh, is a top-of-the-range green olive. It is especially prized for its sweetness, crunchiness and slightly buttery notes. Harvested mainly in the Hérault and Aude regions, it is ideal as an aperitif.Picholine is firmer and slightly acidic. It has a crunchy texture and a distinctive taste.
To complete this local offer, we rigorously select olives from the Mediterranean basin. These origins enable us to offer a wide range of olives suitable for consumption in supermarkets, restaurants and catering outlets.
Each origin has its own specific characteristics:
- Spanish Manzanilla for its finesse,
- Greek Kalamata for its melt-in-the-mouth, fruity flesh,
- Moroccan for its rich aroma.
