We favor responsible production methods and do our utmost to minimize our impact on the environment.
- Our wastewater is not discharged into the environment. Liquids leaving the production line are screened (a kind of large sieve). The organic solids thus sorted are biodegraded (composted). Salty liquids are poured into our natural evaporation basin.
- The olive stones are donated to our local partners, who transform them in a variety of ways: either by crushing them into powder for use in cosmetics, or by making plant gravel (biogranulates) for use as mulch in driveways and gardens, or for creating terraces or parking lots.
- We prefer natural fencing. We've already planted 250 trees and plan to add another 500.
- It goes without saying that we apply selective sorting and all our drums are reused wherever possible.
And we're constantly working on new, ever more sustainable solutions.
